Context

SiSU Health is a health tech startup that provides access to free health stations around Australia and the UK.

These health stations tell users information like their weight, body fat, blood pressure and more!

The challenge

Drop off rates between the station visit and actually visiting the online portal were extremely high, around 85%

  • COVID meant a business case structured around a physical touchpoint was not as feasible

  • The business wanted to find a easy and sustainable way to promote additional service offerings such as online prescription services and sleep help.

For these reasons, it was necessary to improve our digital platform - improving the health dashboard, its usability an the information it provided.

The highlight of the project:

The highlight was my leadership role in crafting and sustaining a robust design system. I diligently tackled team requirements, weaving in principles like atomic design to enhance usability and consistency. I assumed responsibility for ensuring accessibility in colour and tone choices and spearheaded the creation of screen-size-specific variants. This showcased a holistic and engaging approach to achieving design excellence.
